Dear Tanzia, Thank you so much for giving me my first RTT Hypnotherapy experience. Before the session I was struggling with consistency and procrastinated a lot ! I did not know exactly what to expect before my session , but you immediately put my mind to ease and explained the process to me in a very professional and kind manner . I immediately felt safe to open up to you and let myself go with the process , and you allowed me to resolve some issues from my past that I realised have been holding me back in my life . Your voice was soothing and calming while taking me through the hypnotic stages, and I felt a tremendous sense of peace and a connection to my inner self and my inner child again after the session was completed . I felt very grounded , calm and in a positive mind set ready to tackle any challenges that may come my way . Since listening to your recovery in the weeks that followed my sessions , I found that I slept more peacefully, I have been procrastinating a lot less, and I have found more joy and beauty in everyday things, learning to be more grateful and living in the moment a lot more !
